Vicola Designs operates the Vicola Quote Calculator. This policy explains the information the service handles and how it is used.
We use this information to create and authenticate your account, save and retrieve your business settings and quotes, generate quote outputs, secure the service, troubleshoot problems and provide support.
Vicola Designs does not sell personal information and does not use advertising trackers in the current Vicola Quote Calculator. Information may be processed by service providers used to host, secure and operate the service, or disclosed where required by law.
Plain-text account passwords are not stored. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Production traffic is intended to use HTTPS, and authentication uses secure HTTP-only session cookies.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can initiate permanent account deletion from Business settings → Delete account inside the service, or use the web deletion page below. Deleting the account deletes active Quote Calculator workspace data from the active database, including the business profile, saved quotes, customers, invoices, payment records and reminders. Subscription transaction records that Vicola must retain for security, accounting or legal purposes may be kept separately. Data may remain temporarily in routine backups or security logs until those records are overwritten or expire.
Request or complete account deletion
Users are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate reason to enter and use their customers' personal information in the service and for meeting any privacy obligations that apply to their own business.
The Vicola Quote Calculator is a business quoting tool and is not directed to children.
