These terms apply to use of the Vicola Quote Calculator operated by Vicola Designs.
The service helps trade and service businesses calculate job costs, markup or target margin, GST and customer quote totals, and store quote information.
Calculator outputs depend on information you enter. You remain responsible for checking costs, quantities, pricing, GST treatment, taxes, licensing, legal requirements, contractual terms and the final quote provided to your customer. The service does not guarantee profitability or the accuracy of user-supplied information.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You must only enter customer or third-party information where you have an appropriate basis to use it and must comply with privacy and confidentiality obligations applicable to your business.
We aim to keep the service available and protect stored information, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. You should keep appropriate business records and use the available export/backup functionality where required for your own operations.
You can delete your account and associated active account data from Business settings or through the account deletion page.
Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected in an updated version of these terms.
